RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an voiceforfur.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

RETURN PROCESS

If the return is due to non-merchant reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method:
All refunds will be returned to your original payment account via the same method used for the order. Other refund methods (e.g., cash, bank transfer) are not supported:1.Credit Card Payment: Refunded to the corresponding bank card account
2.Third-Party Payment (PayPal/Apple Pay/Klarna, etc.): Refunded to the corresponding third-party payment account
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are initiated immediately after approval. The actual arrival time is as follows:

2.Credit Card: 3-7 business days (may be delayed up to 10 business days for some cases)
Note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days, which may delay your refund
